When Brambles first opened their doors over ten years ago, the business had four rooms. But as it grew, Brambles’ team could no longer keep up with updating their bookings diary – and managing every booking – manually. More guests started booking rooms online, and Victoria realized that without an all-in-one digital solution that automated key parts of their booking, channel and guest management processes, they would not be able to keep delivering excellent guest experiences.
Brambles also wanted to attract international guests, but they lacked the exposure to new audiences, relying on people finding their business through their hotel website or traditional and local media.

Brambles is enjoying a +8% year-over-year revenue growth thanks to the extra exposure and efficiencies created by eviivo and Expedia Group. The Brambles team sets up promotions and discounts on Expedia Group through eviivo’s software to boost occupancy in the winter, such as last-minute discounts and long-stay days discounts, as well as offering exciting gifts like a quintessentially British afternoon tea or a bottle of prosecco. Brambles has a 100% occupancy rate in the summer and around 55% occupancy in low season.
