The C4 is the world's premier comprehensive cancer center in the cloud designed to leverage technology and artificial intelligence to dramatically increase access to cancer care, research and education. The C4 was launched as ecancer4all  during the Global Health Catalyst summit at Harvard Medical School as a  win-win collaboration approach  involving thousands of  oncology health professionals from world leading institutions and the diaspora, working with industry and governments and community based organizations to increase access to cancer care, research and education. The award-winning collaborative approach has had major impact  with opportunity for anyone interested in advancing health equity, to participate in any of the 4  CORE areas below based on 4 apps: Care, Outreach, Research, and Education.

RESEARCH

International Research collaborations powered by ICTs and AI

Global health research collaborations are crucial in closing the cancer divide, eliminating global cancer health disparities. Key barriers to such collaborations identified at GHC summits include: distance, time, cultural and resource barriers. The GHC provides a platform to overcome these barriers catalyzing high impact collaborations involving researchers in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMIC) and High Income Countries (HIC) by leveraging 1) advanced information and communication technologies (ICTs) and artificial intelligence (AI) to overcome distance-time barriers, and  2) unprecedented outreach to the industry and the resource laden diaspora to overcome resource and cultural barriers.
