Return Policy
Bojangles.com allows returns and exchanges of all products up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, if the original tags are intact and the garment has not been worn, soiled, laundered, or dry-cleaned. Discontinued or closeout items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. If any item is returned because it is defective or damaged, Bojangles.com will refund the full sales price, including tax, and the cost of shipping to and from the customer. If an item is returned for any other reason, Bojangles.com will refund the full sales price, including tax, but not the cost of shipping.

Bojangles gained widespread recognition in 1989 for its remarkable resilience during Hurricane Hugo, a devastating storm that impacted the Carolinas. While many other fast-food restaurants closed their doors, Bojangles stood strong and continued to serve its customers. This fearless commitment to staying open during the hurricane became the catalyst for the brand’s fame.
Bojangles derived its name from a serendipitous encounter with a popular song. Co-founder Jack Fulk was searching for a name for his new restaurant, which debuted in 1977 on West Boulevard in Charlotte. As fate would have it, Fulk happened to hear the tune “Mr. Bojangles” playing on the radio. Originally recorded by Jerry Jeff Walker in 1968, the song resonated with Fulk and inspired him to choose “Bojangles” as the name for his restaurant.
