Real Estate and Construction Certificate in Affordable Housing

Diploma Description

Offered by the Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Certificate in Affordable Housing is a unique offering within the Continuing Education department. This certificate is designed for real estate industry professionals looking to branch into the affordable housing market. The certificate is comprised of six (6) courses total. The first three foundational courses are sequential and follows the building block concept. The latter three courses can be taken whenever they are offered. This certificate provides learners with critical ideas in affordable housing real estate, finance, and policy.
